The Counselurdocs Story

Sukhi Dhillon Alberga, Founder

Sukhi, the founder of Counselurdocs, embarked on this journey with a dual perspective as an entrepreneur and a lawyer. Motivated by the desire to educate users and demystify the legal aspects of contract drafting, Sukhi recognized the importance of asking the right questions and having relevant information for business success.

Counselurdocs was born out of Sukhi’s dedication to providing entrepreneurs with a tool that not only simplifies the legal documentation process but also imparts valuable knowledge.

The platform is a testament to Sukhi’s belief that understanding the legal intricacies of one’s business is essential for long-term success and liability protection. Through Counselurdocs, Sukhi aims to empower entrepreneurs to draft comprehensive shareholder agreements tailored to individual needs.
