To create your Shareholder Agreement and related documents or Materials If you use our Services to generate a Shareholder Agreement, other related documents or Materials you will need to provide additional information. Such information includes names of shareholders, their contact information and any other information that is relevant or necessary to generate your agreement and related documents or Materials. You are responsible to get consent from third parties to use their information to complete your Shareholder Agreement or related documents or Materials, to the extent consent is required by law. With respect to this category of personal information, you are the controller of such personal information and we are processing it on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary consents and that your actions conform to all applicable laws. You accept full responsibility for any third-party information provided.
We are not the controllers of the information provided and submitted, but an educational tool to assist End User to complete a Shareholder Agreement and related documents or Materials.

Our provider collects your name, billing address and payment method information ( i.e., credit card number, expiry date and security code) to process payments on your behalf.
