After a rigorous vetting process, The Law Society of Ontario (LSO) has approved Sukhi Dhillon Alberga’s Counselurdocs to transform the way businesses create shareholder agreements.
The Law Society of Ontario’s Access to Innovation program (A2I) has approved the launch of Counselurdocs. It is a ground-breaking legal technology tool for companies looking for guidance on and creation of shareholder agreements and an efficiency tool for law firms. A2I is a five-year pilot program by the LSO which allows providers of innovative technological legal services (ITLS) to launch companies in a manner that protects the public and delivers high quality services. Today marks Counselurdocs’s debut, an important moment in making legal services more accessible to all.
